Loved everything about this hotel. Extremely clean, the bedding smelled brand new and didn't have a single stain on it. Multiple rooms, a kitchen, and a living room with a pull out couch accommodated 3 adults and 5 kids easily. There's no front desk it's all done remote which is fine just follow your map and it's easy. You really have to pay for parking in their garage which should be free for as much as the rooms cost and considering it's really the only place to park. There's street parking and other paid lots but you would be paying significantly more and wouldn't be anywhere near your room. We were in the hotel closest to the parking but we were in the room with the views of the waterfront. The boardwalk is a nice walk, so much so that there's always foot traffic but you have curtains for privacy. The bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen all have doors you can go out of that leads directly onto the boardwalk (at least in our room). Plenty of things provided to cook and store your food. Staff answered fairly quickly and we had a nice quiet stay. The rooms get very cold if you don't leave the heat on. We had to turn ours up to 77 just to get warm but once you closed the doors to the rooms it got hot.If we ever come back to Richmond we will stay here again.

Had a great experience staying here for a few days. Love the digital check-in and service. Super easy. They have found a nice balance between allowing you to self-serve digitally and having help quickly available when you need them. The staff was very responsive including the lovely young lady who let me know my digital key wasn’t working because I was at the wrong building. all the staff, house keeping, maintenance, and guest service were great. Rooms are nice and well equipped. But you come for the location and it does not disappoint: beautiful views, great restaurants and bars, really chill vibe with lots to do.

The room was immaculate and the beddings smelled fresh and clean. Communication with guest service was easy through the online portal. The vents and pipes on the ceiling were a bit loud but it was consistent, so it’s like a free brown noise machine! The location is in a quiet and calm neighborhood, only 15min away from the hustle and bustle in center Richmond. You can easily find free overnight street parking around the property. Will definitely come back.

We cannot say enough great things about this property! Every response and email was responded to very quickly and super professional! When we got there, there was a little collapsible dog dish with some treats, waiting for our dog, Gary and his stay! Not to mention being able to just walk right out onto the boardwalk with our pup with the water right there was beautiful! The room was clean and had everything and more that we needed! We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed two nights over Christmas, in a corner unit with three bedrooms. We have family in the area and rather than stay in central Richmond, decided to stay in the Steveston area. This hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The app worked great for me, and we did not pay for parking and just looked for street parking, which was plentiful as it was Christmas time. I did knock off one star for service as when we first arrived with all our bags to the front door, I tried to open the door because there was a woman at the front desk. She didn't even look up. I didn't see where the key pad was to enter (it was dark and rainy) and had to knock to get her attention. She then yelled through the door that I had to use the key pad. It just would have been nice for her to open the front door and explain how everything worked rather than ignore us and then when we knocked, yell at us through the door.

Amazing waterfront hotel in Victoria! Great location, right by the water and a relatively new building with nicely furnished hotel rooms. Easy check in experience with PIN code entry for the main outside doors. The suites are spacious and have high ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows and upscale furniture and decor. Incredibly plush pillows and beds, good showers and kitchen area and stellar air conditioning. Nice staff when I was there and street parking is available. They have a dedicated parking lot but it’s $30/night I believe to park there. Within walking distance to lots of viewpoints and restaurants. Price wise this is higher than average but worth the luxury and comfort! An overall wonderful stay!

My partner and I celebrated a special anniversary together at the Steveston Waterfront Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We arrived late in the evening so we were worried with having issues checking in, but the entrance and access instructions were easy to follow. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find a lovely handwritten card and a bottle of champagne to celebrate. We're grateful that they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The suite itself was clean, modern and cozy - it included all of the essentials you'd need for a comfortable stay. In area, you'll find lots of street parking, and food options available within walking distance. We highly recommend the Steveston Waterfront Hotel anyone who is looking for a quiet and beautiful space to stay. Thank you to the staff for making this a beautiful memory for us and we can't wait to come back.

Stayed at the Steveston Waterfront Hotel for one night, booked last minute and wished we were staying longer. It is more than a hotel room, fully equipped with a kitchen, couch, table and chairs. The bed, linens & pillows were top notch. The patio area and access to the boardwalk is excellent, especially if you’re traveling with pets. The suite was spotless & extremely quiet. We enjoyed a seafoood feast at Blue Canoe, night cap at Catch Kitchen & breakfast at the Breakfast Table. All of which we highly recommend and would enjoy again. We will definitely be back to stay again.
